Are you ready to dive into a world of chocolate and join us behind the scenes? Volunteering at the expo is a unique way to gain hands-on experience in event production and enjoy the expo for free! We’re looking for enthusiastic and responsible volunteers to help create a memorable experience for everyone.

We have a variety of volunteer roles, including greeting guests and managing crowd flow, setup, breakdown, and keeping the event tidy and enjoyable. In exchange for your time, you’ll receive free admission to the expo and the chance to enjoy all the chocolatey goodness it has to offer. 

Volunteer Positions 

• Set Up: Crew responsible for loading, unloading, placing and assembling event equipment and supplies; placing tables, products, trash cans, and signage.

(Shifts on Friday from 9 am-8 pm and on Saturday from 8 am-12 pm)

• Greeter:  Greets the guests as they enter.  Ensures that all guests have their admission bracelet on.  Sends guests that do not have their admission bracelets to an admission booth.  Gives directions to the restrooms, merchandise booth, etc. 

(Shifts between 2-9 pm on Saturday)

• Litter Removal:  Picks up trash inside the event, empties vendor trash bins into trash cans. Promotes "Leave No Trace" to the other guests.

(Shifts between 12:30-6:30 pm on Saturday)

Break Down:  Responsible for breaking down and packing up event.  General clean up.
(Shifts between 6 pm-8 pm on Saturday)

Apply for a press pass to be part of our volunteer media team, where you can enjoy behind-the-scenes access in exchange for sharing your content with us. 

If you'd like to use any photos or videos from the expo for commercial purposes, please submit a request. In return, we’re thrilled to feature your work in our promotional materials, sharing the rich, chocolatey atmosphere you capture with our community. While we’ll do our best to credit you on our website and social media, feel free to watermark your work to ensure your artistic flair shines through!
